Quality Management System is a support department for the industrial plants and it interacts with Artecola's other departments as well.
It engages in ongoing work to improve the quality management system's effectiveness and increase client satisfaction by applying the system and processes that ensure product compliance with applicable requirements.
Defining and implementing the parameters to be adopted, monitoring the maintenance of these parameters at all plants by analyzing data, and taking both preventive and corrective preventive actions.
ISO 9001 certification and maintenance are also included in the QMS's responsibilities. In this area, the sector is also responsible for the trainings and internal and external audits that prepare the company for certifications and adaptations.
