Artecola’s Special Veneerline offers compounds for the automotive market. It manufactures Ecofibra, which is thermoplastic structural veneer sheets containing natural fibers. The product is absolutely innovative and uses 100% recyclable compounds and includes natural fibers made from wood, sugarcane and coconut among its main raw materials. It is used for internal vehicle structuring and lining, allowing for weight reductions, besides less time and lower costs related to new product development. Such versatility is afforded by its composition, which allows for easy assembly, thermo-molding, injection or extrusion, resulting in functionality and great finish. In terms of adhesives, Artecola offers the water-based adhesive (also known as white glue), hot melt adhesives (thermofilms and polyamide) and solvent-base technologies, providing solutions for pasting panels, flooring, glass, mirrors, upholstered furniture, air filters, foams, lining and specific pasting applications; as well as polyamide for printing ink, flexography and fastening electronic components for the automotive market.
