Today Artecola operates in the footwear market offering several adhesive technologies. We are the got-to company when it comes to high technology special veneers for toe puffs, counters, insoles and lining. Through our Arteflex brand, we offer personal protective gear (PPG) safety shoes. These products are renowned in the market and combine high performance, results and sustainability.

Adhesives:
Sustainability has been the focus of Grupo Artecola’s actions, and to prove we put sustainability in practice we offer products that respect the environment, workers’ health, and the community at large. Water-based adhesives, also known as white glue, make up our Artecol Line. These adhesives are made of polymers dispersed in a water medium and whose main characteristics include being solvent-free and a high concentration of solids, besides providing high pasting performance.

We also offer our hot melt adhesive line called Artemelt. These are 100% solid, solvent-free thermoplastic adhesives applied with the aid of machines. Featuring prominently among our hot melt product line are thermofilm adhesives, which are thermoplastic films used mostly for bonding. Today, our most popular products derive from technology that uses solvent, and include our Régia, PVC Adhesive, Thinner, Cross-Linking and Primer (Arteprymer) lines.

Laminates:

Under the sustainability concept, Artecola has developed a counter and toe puff line: our Ecofibra Shoes. This product has been developed to have the least environmental impact possible by using natural fibers in its composition and making it possible to reuse shavings, even after it is used.  Besides our (Artedur) counters and (Artefirm) toe puffs, we also provide the footwear market with linings and insoles.
